Ted Konnerth has been President/CEO of Egret Consulting Group a retained search firm since 1999. Ted was the global VP, Sales for 4.5 years for a $1Billion division of Cooper before starting his search firm. As VP, Sales, Ted served on electrical industry trade advisory boards and developed and managed a diverse channel strategy to position Cooper as the industry’s market leader in profitability.
Ted holds both MS and PhD degrees in Experimental Psychology from Tulane University and a BS from Ohio State University. Ted has created the largest search firm specializing in the electrical industry. Egret’s clients include the industry giants in both manufacturing and distribution.
