Dan founded Dieck Executive Search in 1985. With 27+ years of sales and management experience, Dan leads the direction of the firm. Over the years, Dan has developed a high degree of loyalty from the firm's client base, which includes private, medium size, first stage and Fortune 500 companies. His client focus translates into an aggressive, results-oriented style of recruiting that allows him to consistently deliver desired results.
When Dan Dieck established his search business in 1985, the concept of people as a company's most valued asset was just a vague notion to most.
Not to Dan.
Dan recognized that a recruiter's value lay not in the quantity of candidates they could deliver, but the quality. He set out with the goal of assisting clients in attracting the absolute best talent in the marketplace...finding top people who matched the client's desires, qualifications and culture. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin and currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin with his wife, Lesa. In what little free time Dan has, you’ll find him emulating Tiger Woods on one of his many favorite courses.

With the biotechnology and medical device industry finding a home in the state, Dan added staff with biomedical expertise and groomed the company to provide the same high level search services to the burgeoning technology industry as they do other local industries.
