Cliff Miras, CPA is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Cornerstone Search Group.
Cliff started his career in the Executive Search & Recruitment industry in 1983, and co-founded Cornerstone Search Group in 2000. Cliff has helped numerous Pharmaceutical | Biotechnology companies of all sizes (i.e. from start-ups to several of the Top 10 Global Industry Leaders) find, attract, hire and retain experienced professionals across multiple business and functional areas (e.g. Discovery, Clinical R&D, Medical Affairs and Commercial/Marketing).
His prior experience includes working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a Fortune 500 company (Florida Progress Corporation), a leading management consulting firm (Booz | Allen | Hamilton), and a leading Certified Public Accounting firm (Wiss & Company).
He is an active member of several national and international executive search and Pharmaceutical | Biotechnology industry associations including:

Cliff attended Montclair State University where he earned a BA degree in Economics and a BS degree in Business Administration.
