The International Retained Search Associates provides an educational environment to foster best global practices in retained search for their members. The association strives to set the industry standard in retained search practices through the collaborative effort of its members.
Irsa aims to establish a collaborative forum by providing an environment where members set the agenda on current trends and issues that affect each individual's practice. This effort to maintain a laser-like focus on pertinent issues is unique in the recruiting industry because of the openness and candor with which irsa members share information, insights and best practices. Inevitably, the benefactors are irsa members’ clients and candidates.
The Purpose of IRSA
IRSA was founded in 2006 to provide a forum for retained search recruiters to share ideas, thoughts, and perspectives related to the business of retained executive search. Irsa is interested in facilitating the ongoing education and professional growth of its members.
